These terms apply to your use of nuramark.io and the NuraMark app, operated by NuraMark. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

The service

NuraMark publishes buy and sell signals produced by statistical and machine-learning models for several markets, a simulator to test them on past data, alerts, and an optional trading bot that places orders on your own exchange account.

Not financial advice

Signals, statistics and results are information, not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Past and simulated results do not guarantee future returns. You decide what to trade and you are responsible for your decisions.

Risk

Trading stocks and crypto-assets is risky and you can lose money, including all of the money you trade. Only trade what you can afford to lose.

Your account

Keep your password safe and your details accurate. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live (at least 18). One person per account.

Subscriptions and payments

Plans, prices and periods are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Payments are made in cryptocurrency to the address shown and are confirmed on the blockchain. Access starts when the payment is confirmed and ends at the end of the paid period. For any payment question contact support@nuramark.io.

The trading bot

The bot only acts on your own exchange account, with the API keys and settings you provide, and you can pause it at any time. Use keys with trading permission only (never withdrawal). Orders can fail, fill partly or at a different price because of the exchange, the market, the internet or technical faults. NuraMark does not hold your funds and is not responsible for your exchange account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attacks, scraping at scale, reselling or republishing signals without permission, or sharing accounts.

Availability and changes

We work to keep NuraMark available and accurate but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, NuraMark is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the last three months.
