This policy explains what NuraMark ("NuraMark", "we") collects when you use nuramark.io and the NuraMark app, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account: your username, email address, language and time zone. Your password is stored only as a one-way hash; nobody at NuraMark can read it.

Billing: the plan you choose, payment records and the public blockchain transaction of each payment; invoice details (name, address, tax ID) only if you enter them.

Trading bot (only if you use it): the exchange you connect, your API keys (stored encrypted), your bot settings, and the orders the bot places.

Notifications (only if you turn them on): your Telegram or WhatsApp details used to send you signals.

Visitor statistics

To count visitors we keep a salted one-way hash of the IP address and the country it comes from. The IP address itself is never stored. We use no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.

Why we use it

To run your account, deliver signals and alerts you asked for, run your trading bot, process and verify payments, send account emails (receipts, invoices, password resets), keep the service secure, and improve it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is shared only as needed to provide the service: with the exchange you connect (to place your orders), our hosting and email provider, Telegram or WhatsApp (to deliver alerts you enabled), and public blockchain explorers (to verify payments). We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed and exchange keys are encrypted. We recommend exchange API keys with trading permission only and never withdrawal permission.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting or security reasons (for example invoices).

Your choices and rights

You can update your details and switch off alerts and the bot in your account at any time, and unsubscribe from announcements with the link in each one. To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account, email support@nuramark.io.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs: to keep you signed in, protect forms, and remember your language and time zone. No advertising cookies.
